Cancellation Policy

# Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Body Alchemy Studios LLC, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We value your time and ask that you respect ours as well. ### Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly request a minimum of **24 hours' notice** for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a fee equal to **50% of the scheduled service total**. ### No-Shows Clients who fail to attend their appointment without providing notice will be charged **100% of the scheduled service total**. ### Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service shortened, modified, or rescheduled depending on the service booked and schedule availability. ### Emergency Situations We understand that unexpected emergencies can occur. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management. ### Payment Authorization By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & No-Show Policy and authorize Body Alchemy Studios LLC to charge the applicable cancellation or no-show fee to the payment method on file.
